Du benötigst eine Matte oder ein Handtuch, Sportschuhe sowie ausreichend Getränke.
ACHTUNG:
Der Kurs startet INDOOR, wird aber sobald es das Wetter zulässt, OUTDOOR auf dem Multifunktionsfeld (-fläche) durchgeführt. Die Übungsleiterin informiert euch dazu noch einmal im Vorfeld.
