Dynamic and powerful – this is how the style of Vinyasa Flow Yoga can be described
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga. The asanas (physical postures) are fluidly connected with each other and are guided by the natural rhythm of the breath. The class is sometimes accompanied by music, which enhances your feelings of joy in movement and promotes even more relaxation.
The movement sequences foster your outer and inner strength, body awareness, and offer new challenges, fun in experiencing new levels of consciousness, and lead to mental balance. You will learn to focus entirely on yourself and your body, gradually reducing competitiveness.
The intensity alternates between slow/reflective and dynamic/powerful. Through variations, you can determine how intensely you want to practice, which makes the class suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Even if you are initially reserved towards the spiritual aspects of yoga, this class offers you the opportunity for an initial insight. The goal is to strengthen the muscles and awareness of your own body, which makes yoga an ideal balance for the stresses of everyday life.
