Handball ist eine spannungsgeladene Spielsportart bei der vor allem Koordination, Kondition, Technik, Taktik und Teamgeist gefördert werden.
In den Kursen sind Hallenschuhe mit heller Sohle zu verwenden (Verwendung von Harz in den Sporthallen nicht gestattet).
Für diesen Kurs werden ebenfalls Plätze im Rahmen der kostenfreien Unisport Card Kurse angeboten. Unisport-Card Nutzende, die das Angebot ohne Zusatzkosten nutzen wollen, bitte das Angebot unter "U" wie UNISPORT Card Handball buchen. Hier muss jede Woche neu gebucht werden!

In the courses, indoor shoes with light soles must be used (the use of resin in the sports halls is not permitted).
Places for this course are also offered as part of the free Unisport Card courses. Unisport Card holders who wish to use this offer at no additional cost should book the course under “U” for UNISPORT Card Handball. Please note that booking must be made again each week!
