Wie man den Witz einer Partie Beachvolleyball in einen schlanken, gelben Beutel packt, macht der neue Trendsport Spikeball (deutsch "Schmetterball") vor. Der Clou des 360-Grad-Spiels für zwei oder vier Personen: Der gelbe Ball ist kleiner und weicher. Das Spielfeld hat keine festen Grenzen. Und das Netz steht wie ein Trampolin in der Mitte.
Die Regeln von Spikeball sind verhältnismäßig einfach gehalten. Ähnlich dem Volleyball sind 3 Berührungen des Balls pro Team erlaubt. Im Anschluss muss der Gegner übernehmen. Es gibt kein Netz, welches das Spielfeld teilt. Viel mehr ist Spikeball ein 360 Grad Spiel. Du kannst deine Gegner also in jeden Winkel des Spielfeldes zwängen.
Fortgeschrittenenkurs: Dieser Kurs richtet sich an fortgeschrittene Spieler, die mit beiden Händen schlagen und zuspielen können, Anfänger reproduzierbar besiegen, erstes Verständnis für offensives und defensives Stellungsspiel besitzen, mehrere (gute) Angabenvariationen besitzen.

Spikeball is the new trend sport that captures the fun of a game of beach volleyball in a sleek, yellow bag. The twist of this 360-degree game for two or four players: the yellow ball is smaller and softer, the playing field has no fixed boundaries, and the net stands like a trampoline in the center.
The rules of Spikeball are relatively simple. Similar to volleyball, each team is allowed three touches of the ball before passing it to the opponent. There is no net dividing the playing area; instead, Spikeball is a 360-degree game, allowing you to challenge your opponents from any angle on the court.
Advanced Course: This course is designed for advanced players who can hit and set with both hands, consistently defeat beginners, have a basic understanding of offensive and defensive positioning, and possess several (good) serving variations.
