Course Description:

     Whether you're a beginner looking to improve flexibility or an experienced mover seeking to deepen your mobility practice, this all-levels stretching course is designed for you. Through a series of guided sessions, you’ll learn how to safely and effectively stretch every major muscle group, improve your posture, reduce tension, and increase range of motion.

      Each class combines gentle movement with mindful breathing, making the course suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Modifications and progressions are provided throughout, so you can adapt each stretch to meet your personal needs and goals.
