Kung Fu (a skill achieved through hard work).
We practice traditional Chinese martial arts with the aim of improving health and ability of fighting/self-defense.
The physical basics of endurance, strength and flexibility are developed. The necessary inner attitude towards oneself and the willingness to go to one's own limits is encouraged.
We pay attention to a respectful contact with each other during partner exercises, technique applications and free fighting. Beyond the basics, everyone decides for himself or herself where to focus for their own Kung Fu, whether fighting or forms, Tai Chi or techniques.
