Workshop mit Marleen zum Thema „Yoga & Kunst“
Ihr braucht keine Vorerfahrung - weder im Yoga noch künstlerisch!
Bei Yoga und Kunst ist alles erlaubt, der Weg ist das Ziel, die Achtsamkeit unsere Begleiterin.
In diesem Workshop dreht sich alles um die Verbindung von Yoga und Kunst. Was ist Kunst? Muss Kunst schön sein? Was löst Kunst in uns aus? Und was hat das alles mit Yoga zu tun?
Neben einer kurzen sanften Yogapraxis werden wir Zeit haben uns zu den Fragen auszutauschen und selbst kreativ zu werden.
Was du brauchst:
- bequeme und warme Kleidung
- ein paar Materialien (Blätter, Stifte, Marker, Schere, was du so hast...)
Hinweise:
Bis zu 5 Tage vor deinem Workshop kannst du eine Rückerstattung aller Kosten erhalten. Dafür müssen wir eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 3 Euro erheben. Ein kostenloser Teilnehmendentausch ist ebenfalls bis zu 5 Tage vorher möglich. Danach erfolgen, auch bei Nichtantritt, keine Rückerstattungen.

You don't need any previous experience - neither in yoga nor in art!
With yoga and art, everything is allowed, the path is the goal, mindfulness is our companion.
This workshop is all about the connection between yoga and art. What is art? Does art have to be beautiful? What does art trigger in us? And what does all this have to do with yoga?
In addition to a short, gentle yoga practice, we will have time to discuss these questions and get creative ourselves.
What you need
- comfortable and warm clothes
- a few materials (sheets of paper, pens, markers, scissors, whatever you have...)
Notes:
You can get a full refund up to 5 days before your workshop. We have to charge a processing fee of 3 euros for this. A free exchange of participants is also possible up to 5 days before the workshop. After that, no refunds will be made, even if you do not attend.
