In this course you will learn various meditation and mindfulness techniques. These exercises can help you to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life. Another important part of the course will be the exchange of experiences, in a group or in pairs. The weekly meetings are intended to help you integrate a regular mindfulness practice into your everyday life.
Notes:
Please bring your own meditation cushion that you can sit comfortably on. The course is aimed at both beginners and advanced students. If the trainer is ill, the course can be substituted, moved to another day or referred to an alternative date within the fixed training group! The course includes a 55-minute training phase and a 5-minute changeover time. This ensures a seamless transition between the training groups.
